The loading section uses servo motor positioning for stable operation, accurate positioning, and fast speed, suitable for 13*75/13*100 PET or glass tubes. 2. The atomization liquid addition section employs an original imported quantitative control pump for one-to-one quantitative control, ensuring good repeatability, precise dosing, easy disassembly and cleaning or replacement, reagent recovery, physical stirring functions, etc. 3. The automatic heating and drying section can adjust position, temperature, and time according to production process requirements to fully meet the drying processing requirements of trace reagents in the blood collection tube production process. 4. The automatic lid sealing section uses servo motor positioning and a unique lid attachment device (gas adsorption + rubber stopper fixation) to ensure that no lid detachment or incomplete addition occurs during production. 5. The vacuum suction lid pressing section adopts the principle of testing while working to ensure accurate vacuum levels. Vacuum quantity can be set according to demand at 1ml, 1.6ml, 1.8ml, 2ml, 3ml, 4ml, 5ml, 7ml, 10ml, etc. 6. The automatic blood collection tube inspection section can randomly inspect blood collection tube vacuum levels and intelligently detect whether each test tube is labeled or if the label is correctly positioned, whether atomization liquid addition has occurred, if the lid seal is properly attached, and if separation gel addition meets standards. It automatically removes nonconforming products. 7. The automatic tube sorting and tray loading section automatically loads test tubes into foam trays after inspection, efficiently saving labor costs. 8.
