The light yellow serum separation gel in the American system has the following characteristics:
1. No oil droplets or precipitates on the surface of the serum sample, and long-term use will not block the sampling needle.
2. After the separation gel is applied, there is no gel migration after 72 hours of rest.
3. Good inertness, minimizing interference with test results to the greatest extent.
4. Stable performance. Both aging and real-time experiments indicate that it remains stable for storage within 2 years, without affecting separation efficiency.
5. Excellent radiation sterilization resistance. It can withstand a radiation sterilization dose of 25kGy.
6. Good separation effect, moderate centrifugal force, easy to centrifuge. Minimum centrifugal force is no more than 1300g, and centrifugation time is only 5 minutes, without the need for secondary centrifugation.
7. Will not experience backflow during transportation and storage when temperature is below 55ºC.
