The AYJ-CFH02 automatic blood tube cap compounding machine mainly uses the suction force generated by vacuum to suck the butyl rubber stopper into the internal plug, and then the safety cap of the blood collection tube is sent into the dial inside the main unit through a vibrating tray and corresponding feeding track of the appropriate size, and automatically aligned. The plug with the sucked rubber stopper, driven by a cam, inserts the rubber stopper into the cap that has been properly positioned in the dial, completing the cap compounding. Product functions: 1. Dual track simultaneous feeding, compounding speed is about 250 per minute. 2. Equipped with an automatic alarm device for no material, when the components in the material tray reach the set position, it automatically reminds of the need for replenishment. 3. Accurate alignment, high product qualification rate.
